SOUND

I have always been interested in film music and used to have a great record collection of film music from the great musicians who have worked in film: Maurice Jarre, John barry, Ennio Morricone, Georges Delerue, Francis Lai, Gabriel Yared, Bernard Herrmann Hans Zimmer. 

 

I find it interesting in film, when each main character has its own musical theme, like in some of Sergio Leone's epic movies.

 

In "With An Open Heart", I am lucky to have 3 lead actors who also are musicians. I envision some of Michel Jonasz songs appearing alongside his character at required times.

 

Duane Howard plays traditional flute: his character will be accompanied by traditional, gentle flute and percussion musical theme.

 

For Rachel Michetti's character, i am inspired by Charlotte Cardin.
